Song of the Creator
As Creative Director on this original animated series, I helped shape the visual and narrative tone from the ground up. I directed this teaser spot to help sell the show. Wrote the pilot episode and developed a full 22-episode season arc. Based on a beloved Chinese novel, the project is currently in production at BaseFX in Xiamen, China
Out of the Nest
As Creative Director on this animated feature, I led key phases of the film’s creative overhaul. My role included supervising editorial, previsualization animation departments. I also collaborated with the publicity team on select commercial spots for the film’s release in Malaysia.
Free Fire
This high-octane commercial was created for a breakout title in the PUBG universe and one of the year’s top 10 video games. I directed the spot at BaseFX in Xiamen, driving the creative from concept through final delivery.
First Flight
I wrote and directed First Flight, the very first original short film produced by DreamWorks Animation. Released theatrically ahead of the feature "Over the Hedge", it marked the studio’s debut into original short-form storytelling.
Flushed Away Commercials
I directed a series of promotional spots for Flushed Away at DreamWorks Animation, including campaigns for McDonald’s and Activision.
Lord of the West
I directed this feature film over a three-year period in Xiamen, China. Though unreleased, the project was an ambitious exploration of the Fengshen universe. A cornerstone of Chinese mythology dating back to the 12th century. Blending epic scale with deeply rooted cultural themes, the film aimed to reinterpret a classic legend for a modern audience.
